Ownership
Maria Pacitti, Co-Founder
Maria is a co-founder of Millstone, formerly JBMP Group, and has been working in real estate since 2012. She began her real estate career at Streamline Group where she oversaw the delivery of their multi-family rentals, overseeing all property management operations and relationships thereafter.
Maria leads all technology and marketing initiatives that work alongside the company’s daily operations at Millstone. She is an active real estate broker.
Jonathan Beaulieu, Co-Founder
Jon is a co-founder of Millstone, formerly JBMP Group, and has been working in real estate since 2015. Before starting Millstone, he was the founder JBMP and he was a financial analyst for Aberdeen Asset Management in Philadelphia.
Jon leads all business development initiatives and oversees all transactions. As an active real estate salesperson, he specializes in investment sales.
